Introduction- Module 2

Welcome to Module 2.  We hope you enjoyed Module 1 and learnt a lot from the content, videos and tasks. 

Module 2 is about reviewing the characteristics needed to be a successful volunteer. The module also helps you explore and reflect on your volunteering placement.

Timeframe

This module should take you up to 8 hours to complete. This module might take you longer than Module 1 as you have an assignment to submit.

Learning outcomes

• Understand own motivators for seeking an international volunteering placement
• Know the skills and attributes relevant to an international volunteering placement
• Be able to complete the application process for an international volunteering placement
• Be able to reflect on your  international volunteering placement plan 
• Be able to deliver a presentation to support selection process
• Be able to identify small-scale community projects
